About Company

Mission

We have a single Mission: Bless Others. We call this our Why. We accomplish this Mission through our Core Values found in Micah 6:8 - Do Justice, Love Kindness, Walk Humbly. The Mission and Core Values drive all our decisions and interactions, and our Brand Promise is the natural outpouring of that: Serve, Create, Inspire. We know that this tangible culture only exists and thrives because of the commitment and work of the FAMcore (that's our awesome team!)

What we do

Fomcore is a soft seating manufacturer that primarily provides soft seating to schools. Founded in 2017 in Muskegon MI, we have continued to grow and leave our mark wherever our furniture is used. Imagine ottomans, chairs, benches, rocking animals, in a variety of colors and textures added to a space. Foam is what we know and love! Our unique single-cut foam construction provides a more sustainable, cost effective, and long-lasting piece of furniture.  Recently our second plant opened in Pueblo CO! We make quality furniture, but more importantly we are focused on blessing others by Doing Justice, Loving Kindness, and Walking Humbly with every decision we make.

Opportunities for Advancement

Because most of our roles are trained on the job, there is huge room for growth within the company. Cross-training from one department to the next is expected of most roles. We aim to promote from within and give our staff the opportunity to find their highest and best purpose while at work. That means we usually post for new positions internally and interview all interested candidates. We schedule annual performance reviews for wage increases, but we also compensate for cross-training and other skills advancement throughout the year.

Employment Requirements

Soft Skills
